Brief history

When Kutlu Aktaş was appointed Governor of Izmir in 1990, Tülay Aktaş began leading social responsibility projects, strengthening communication among women and contributing significantly to community work. After her passing, volunteer women founded the TAGKGB platform; today it brings together associations, foundations and initiatives in work based on volunteering and solidarity.
